Staff
The teachers
have Bachelors Degrees or Masters in Education or a related
field and are experienced and qualified with EEC - Early
Education and Care (formerly OCCS) certificates.
Lead aides have at least one year’s experience and have taken a
Child Growth and Development Course and hold an EEC
Certificate. The aides are high school graduates and are
approved by the EEC. All staff are certified in First
Aid and are CPR trained.
Substitute
teachers and aides are available on stand-by in case of
absenteeism. All staff attend bi-monthly staff
meetings and in-service training and workshops are offered in
relevant areas of Early Childhood Development. Every classroom
has a team of a teacher and an aide. |
